With 10 years experience as a digital native working with some of the biggest brands in the world, I have built up a wealth of experience in digital; from strategic positioning and transformation to delivering empowering technology solutions and market first innovations.

I thrive at building customer centric experiences from acquisition through to advocacy, and have an excellent technical understanding of the tools needed to do so as well as the content that drives retention. A true data geek at heart, I have been fortunate to combine my love for technology and marketing with sports and gaming in my current and last few roles.

NRG Esports

NRG esports is the product of when innovative business, sports and gaming professionals come together. Investors include NBA Hall of Fame legend and world’s biggest kid Shaquille O’Neal as well as baseball legend Alex Rodriguez. NRG have teams across esports most popular titles, from CSGO and Overwatch to Rocket League and the reigning SMITE World Champions.

Responsible for all digital content and activations; from website and video production to social media and special projects.

Formula E are the most innovative and exciting new Motorsports series in the world. With our ambition to be the most globally digitally-disruptive sporting series we are constantly looking to drive innovation; from car technology to fan engagement.

Responsible for all digital product development and marketing across the organisation; including web, app, gaming and eSports, digital innovation and the world-first FanBoost initiative.

Responsible for ensuring that the LTA’s digital offering across its channels positions us as a
true leader in the fields of sport and leisure, utilising innovative digital technologies and insight to create consumer-driven digital experiences. I lead the CRM, Web and Services teams to provide a class-leading consumer offering, whilst servicing and supporting the rest of the business through expert advice and guidance on best practice.

A member of the LTA’s leadership team, I work cross-functionally with other departmental Heads to ensure the LTA’s vision and values are reflected in all our activities; from participation and tennis programmes to major events and commercial/brand activations.
